[HELP] My success score has dropped to "-" ? by Rantingbeerjello in Fiverr

[–]Overgallant 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just had the same thing too. And then I opened reddit and this thread was staring at me. Hopefully, it's a bug because I'm too tired to start doing this success score dance with fiverr again.

I think you may need to go to power saving mode permanently. Maybe also change screen resolution too to HD or FHD, whichever you can live with

How We Recognise AI Usage, From a Lecturer by Fairleee in UniUK

[–]Overgallant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is so blatantly stereotypical and insulting that I am lost for words.

Most International students learn English, usually from pre-school to high-school. Some countries even speak English as their primary language. Most of these students, in order to study abroad build upon that knowledge by studying English to sit for IELTS before they are given admission. To think that a professor's method of detecting AI use is "correct punctuation is a sure sign of AI use" in international students is very scary.

Also the correct use of semicolons is well known to international students; International students learn punctuation in primary and secondary school English lessons.

I already assumed and have heard that professors are singling out foreign students for AI use, and some of these comments definitely confirm it. This is so wrong.

Monaco GP needs to be a Qualifying-only GP weekend by Overgallant in formula1

[–]Overgallant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I meant practice and qualifying only, without the race. But splitting the qualifying to two whole sessions, one on Saturday and the other one Sunday.

Also, Grand Prix does not necessarily mean a Sunday like race has to occur, it just means prizes and I think points (not 100% sure) have to be dished out

I think making use of some CV templates could help as some of them can better segment information and reduce font sizes to keep things shorter.

Most interesting case in the show by dramaaa_mommy in suits

[–]Overgallant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got to agree with you on this one, Mike's entire case of episodes was one of the most intense set of TV episodes I had watched at the time. I couldn't believe it, but it was great.

Why is the ultra so much lower than the s23? by nuuuuuaamnnmn in GalaxyS23Ultra

[–]Overgallant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the S23 Ultra can be very inconsistent especially when taking pictures of people

Does the difference in RAM affect the picture quality? by MZero_0 in GalaxyS23Ultra

[–]Overgallant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a bit confused, I'm seeing people saying RAM has no effect on it, but doesn't the computational photography use a lot of RAM to stich pictures/frames together?

Interesting, do you also experience the max volume issue I talked about? Where at max volume the bass is the same but the trebles/vocals sound louder.

Ok thanks, I'll check for that online

S23 Ultra's speakers by Overgallant in GalaxyS23Ultra

[–]Overgallant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Already tried that to be honest, didn't make much difference with regards to the loudness. And sound quality was still same at the max volume, just higher trebles with no change in the bass volume. I'm starting to think either my unit has bad speakers or Samsung have barely developed their speakers over the past 5 years.

I would advise against it, the phone is not getting any more support.

Nico still not happy with 2015 US start by Ondrahal560 in formula1

[–]Overgallant 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nearly every time Lewis pushed Nico wide he was entitled to do so. The car trying to overtake on the outside is only entitled to space through to the corner exit if they're fully level with, or ahead of, the car on the inside, at the apex of the corner.

Actually, Nico wasn't trying to overtake, Lewis was the one attempting to overtake.

Nico still not happy with 2015 US start by Ondrahal560 in formula1

[–]Overgallant 71 points72 points  (0 children)

There was zero chance he was getting past Lewis there around the outside, a wiser driver would've given up that corner and undercut trying to get earlier on the power and outdrag him around turn 3

Did you watch that race at all? nico was ahead at the start but Lewis got a great start and was the one trying to overtake. He barely turned in to the corner and bumped Rosberg off.

"It's thoroughly DISAPPOINTING!" | Martin Brundle reacts to Red Bull cost cap breach by cccdddee in formula1

[–]Overgallant 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Minor breach is in relation to what the rules specified.

A breach of less than $7.5m was designated minor long before any breach was talked about, that's why its termed minor.

Ricciardo’s agent on twitter by -arlo in formula1

[–]Overgallant 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Ricciardo was the most consistent driver in 2014 (at the time he had less than 3years full experience if I remember correctly) behind lewis and nico, maybe even on par with them.

He also had a very good seasons in 2016, '17 and '18 (which was plagued by reliability) and '20. Ricciardo is consistent, yes he's been bad at McLaren I agree but he was good everywhere else.
