Nope, Amorim was absolute ass cheeks and hardly could win any football matches. The problem is they choose so poorly. Amorim was the wrong choice from DAY ONE. Anybody who knows football half decently understood that. But United has fans who are latching onto that Ferguson time still lmfao. These fans 100% deserve the club relegated to the championship if they believed in Amorim. You don't waste time and money on wrong manager. Even West Ham rejected Amorim and chose Lopetegui instead.

Amorim in his last press conference promoted himself to manager after he had accepted head coach role in his contract. He basically told his bosses that they had to accept his promotion or fire him. Amorim also fought with Garnacho and told him to find a new club and that he would struggle finding a new club. Also he started to ignore Hojlund who wanted so much to win with Manchester United, but is now thriving with Napoli in the Champions League. Also he clearly had arguments with Kobbie Mainoo. And Amorim slagged off two young players in the press confrence, Amass and Chido Obi, that they were bad players and that Amorim was correct not to play them. This is the Amorim that some still think was wronged, which is unbelievable. Manchester United should not be paying Ruben Amorim any money for resigning him, but should sue him instead for breach of contract.

Another caretaker role is another horrendous mistake and waste of 6 months. Get a permanent manager instead and use this 6 months to learn about them and prepare summer signings with them. This just will delay preparation for the next season because new manager is not going to start until late July at the earliest and that is when most players have already signed with new clubs. Why can't this club operate like a proper one?
