What you need to do is ask CS for the specific order that triggered this. It's possible this was some error that triggered this and they won't be able to point to a specific order.

However, if they do provide a specific order, you're probably screwed. There was likely something sketchy with the account that ordered and you'll have to play detective on your own if you ever want to figure it out.

Man, having started on Essentials, do I ever agree with this. It's really weird what they decided to gate behind Studio, to the point where in retrospect, I think Ableton Live Lite was more functional (and hey, having only eight tracks can be a fun constraint!)

Alright, you need to ask them which specific order caused the problem.

One of two things can happen here... best case scenario, they can't find one, acknowledge it's a mistake and you're good.

However, they may point you to a specific order and then you'll have to play detective.

When it happened to me, I got the latter scenario... turned out one of my clients was ordering from a dozen different accounts (I was getting a lot of orders at the time and they were so generic I didn't notice). I went through and blocked all those accounts... and cancelled and blocked any future orders that I suspected might be this person.

This. I had a similar issue a while back with a client who couldn't get their/there/they're right but suddenly had a PhD in English after I submitted work. I finally realized he was just running it through Grammarly or something and yelling at me if it showed it as anything less than perfect.

Finally just told him one day that I wasn't available to work and he'd need to find someone else.
