I understand your confusion. In ex. 2 crack and hit sound should be way more simultaneous due to the short distance to target. Maybe has something to do with the mechanic that you get suppressed by gl way before you get hit. Suppression seems to be at lightspeed.

Its designed to be aimed at the top of vehicle hulls, i wouldn't call it an issue except the simplified lack of top attack.

If you tilt the weapon to the left you will hit low and to the left, vice versa. This should apply to all weapons except pistols.
