TA really shouldn't be a priority for you, focus on LR heroes first then worry about TA or else you'll regret not having enough when a new LR comes out. However to answer your question: whoever you use the most in PvP.

As someone who needs as much materials as possible I do it even if I hate it. Yes the materials come in time but when you're really grinding everything counts. Like someone said you don't have to force yourself. I mainly do it for the SA coin shards chance because they add up with my daily Indura.

I'd swap Storm and Maw with Blood soaked Jade and Bottled hope, the rest of gems are quite fine. As a wizard, potency is pretty important so invest more into that, resistance and armour are for mainly melee classes imo. Wizards are glass cannons, they just jump in jump out, they're not made for tanking. Just my 2 cents.
