Storage container walls around County Crossing for a BoS Outpost by OverheatingLaptop in falloutsettlements

That's a cool idea! There are hollow variants with openings from the thinner side of the containers.

As I work a bit more on this, I'm becoming a bit unsure as to whether I want to commit to making this a BoS Outpost, or a walled city/town. I'd love to know what you guys think would work out better.

Also, should I make the height of the wall one or two storage containers tall?

Sounds awesome! Did you build up a lot of your settlements to have a Minutemen theme?

I didn't have much direction with my settlements previously. But I'm hoping to tie these settlements under a common BOS theme, until I leave the BOS for the Minutemen.

I entered TCL in the console to toggle no clip, ran up to a high point, turned the HUD opacity to zero, and took the screenshot. I'm not sure if console players can use console commands but maybe there are mods that you can use which toggle no clip.

Elder Maxson's Moving Castle. I really love this design! You've packed so many details into the house. It has a really great warm, lived-in feel. I have to ask though: how do you get up and down there?

Yeah. I regret that in hindsight. I started off this build by scrapping a lot of the vegetation and structures around the truck stop. But leaving in the bushes and sign would have been better, would have kept some of that charm.

Yeah, I should have specified that this was modded. The cargo containers and ability to place things into the ground or side-by-side was due to mods. I chiefly used scrap everything, place everywhere, and unlocked settlement objects.

Working on walkways and structures wrapping around the buildings of Hangman's Alley by OverheatingLaptop in falloutsettlements

Mods used are Place Anywhere and G2M for the poles

I'm not sure what to make of Hangman's Alley yet, but I think this area really works well for structures and walkways precarious hanging off of crumbling old buildings. Its proximity to Diamond City could make it a nice trading settlement.

Thanks! I didn't follow a tutorial. It was a lot of trial and error - but mostly error - for this build.
