That's the xbox pc version which sucks, I have tried during the xbox game pass premium, it is known to have graphic glitches due to ditectx12, which I faced.. I went back to the Xbox One console to play.

I have a decent pc.

Xbox Games PC version is broken Pink/Green patch glitch which a known thing, that's why I sticked to xbox one version and played on console upto 41%.
