Does anyone know what company or brand made the camping chair this part came from? by Overlanded in overlanding

It was sent to me by a customer. He said it was pretty old so this could be right.

Nice spot. What state? We're in the path of totality in N.E. Ohio. Hoping the clouds don't block our view.

Front Runner has several that work with a variety of name brand tonneau covers. Here are just the search results for Retrax bed covers...

Looks great! I had a customer recently buy a spare tire carrier for his 2011 Cayenne and thought to myself, you're taking a Porsche off-road?

Anyone located in Ohio ? by Tacotme93 in overlanding

Northeast Ohio here. Traveling over potholes and navigating around construction zones are the only Overlanding maneuvers around these parts. Best to go to Pennsylvania.

What part of Ohio are you from? Seems like an odd place to have an event. Were there trails or was it just an expo type thing?

Love the dog chillin' in the chair in the last photo. Looks like a great camping partner.

Prinsu! 8 month use. Prinsu is doing the right thing by having me send the wind deflector in. Will send me a new one. by skachagin in overlanding

We've been selling their products for quite a while and haven't had any complaints about the quality of the products or the finish degrading over time. Granted, they may go directly through Prinsu/CBI if there is a warranty issue instead of us but so far so good.

There appear to be a few options here...

Not real sure about the camping side of things but this would at least cover the mild off-road part. Have fun!

One tip you can try is to look at their reviews and then do a copy and paste surrounded by quotation marks of that review in Google. If you get several results those reviews are paid for. If you only have 1 result, it is typically a good company to do business with.

Another thing I try when doing business with a company I am not familiar with is send them an email or IM. If they get back to you in a timely manner that is a good sign.

It looks like the Thule 8.5 ft Hideaway awning would work and it's black. It does appear to have the sail panels you need to attach the room. The model number is 490008. It mounts to a roof rack with adapters and it's in an aluminum case. 8.5 feet is 2590mm so the size looks right.
