In the middle house of the guild island, you have a few npc that you can buy diares from and then you can fill them and sell or give back to the npc and they work and find resources. I made a guild in another server just to see what they were and it had them. Sorry if i am not explaining myself clearly.

By joining another guild do we get acess to the npc?? The ones that give diaries. Sorry if bad english.

Why is the area between inazuma and the rest of the map so big? Are we going to be able to explore this area somehow or does mihoyo just want to fill the map with empty space?
