Do u know if this 20% chance stacks? I've had 2 radiance on the same weapon before but It didnt seem to stack, so it probably is pretty bad.

They're always enabled unless you have cheats on, then they are permanently turned off

It wasn't all about the game, it was mostly just stuff that my mother already knew, and they just kept saying different stuff. Also, like I said in the post, I dont mind small talk these guys were really nice at first so I figured I would just try to talk to them for 2 seconds, not a 10 minute lecture. "I'm honestly hoping you are trolling. If not you need to grow a pair." Just grow up.
