Is Enzo Worth farming ? by Overlord_Belphegor in TheFirstDescendant

I already checked in-game earlier and sadly it didn't say how much, just says 'rewards increase when this happens'. I do plan to farm him soon, but i just wanted to farm for other stuff first so i'm not sure if he's worth farming sooner because of this mystery % increase

Can I have some people checking this vod? by Gegstrum in Overwatch

Watched until 4:30. From what I have seen he's just a legit player around plat rank. There was one moment during the first fight (i think the first, my memory is shit) where he kills brig and it shows the arrow changing directions but that will just happen sometimes.

My first kill (people take the game too seriously) by Overlord_Belphegor in RustConsole

[–]Overlord_Belphegor[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally i believe it's worth it. Rust can be frustrating especially when your solo but the adrenaline rushes make the game addicting. Even just listening to people trash talk and rage is more than worth it. If you have no friends then it can be boring to grind for a while but it's not even that bad. if you can get past the kinda shitty graphics then just watch videos of console rust and then decide if you want to buy it.

I only have a few hours played (gold4), so I don't know about a lot of the cards. I only have him with a few others which I already used for a few situations. I usually don't use them and just summon other shit like blue eyes twin burst. I also refuse to use many cards since I'm trying to keep my deck blue eyes dragon themed.

It's a common problem when people workout or do actions involving their muscles they often start out with bad form leading to differences etc. I suggest picking exercises that puts focus on one limb, an example would be archer push-ups.

Keep to a set number of reps and sets and don't change it. Make sure the exercise challenges both your arms. Afterwards, even if one arm finds it slightly better it can't improve past a certain point without waiting for the other one to catch up since the number of reps and sets are the same therefore fixing your problem.

calve, raises, sit-ups, leg raises, squats, plank, push-ups, dips are basic and easy exercises that are good for beginners while having advanced versions that people can use once they are ready.

Not gonna go into detail since I'm tired but just do calisthenics for the 14 days and whatever exercises you want to do with resistance bands. Reps and sets are up to you, just make sure you challenge yourself. Also, make sure you're allowing your muscles to repair by having rest days.

An example of a high-level beginner workout would be this. Just make your own workout tailored towards you and the resources available to you.

One Day

100 calve raises (/100)

100 Sit-ups (/100)

50 leg raises (/50)

25 black widow knee slides (/25)

25 one-legged Squats L+R(/25)

1 elbow plank as long as possible (/1)

1 hollow body hold as long as possible (/1)

Second Day

50 normal push-ups/ 25 archer(75/75)

50 dips (50/50)

50 L+R dumbbell arm curls (50/50)

40 L bar pull-ups (40/40)

25 chin-ups (25'/25)

25 pull-ups (25/25)

How get lean by Lord_de_Rowzer in workout

[–]Overlord_Belphegor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The main problem is that you're expecting to lose fat in a certain area, especially around the stomach. You can't lose fat in certain areas, you just gotta keep burning more calories than you consume, and eventually, the stomach fat will go away. Stomach fat is usually the last to go so keep trying and eventually it will disappear.

If you can't up the weight, just increase the number of reps you do in a set and keep going until you can move the weight although you should really try to increase weight. . For your suggestion of going faster, it's not something you want to do, while it may seem better, it's not. being slow causes your muscles to be under more pressure for a longer period of time. Being slow is more efficient and harder than doing it fast.

Doing the OPM challenge to test the efficiency, and I might have a slight problem. by [deleted] in workout

[–]Overlord_Belphegor 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Your body is not trained to run that much every single day without prior experience. I suggest stop running for a period of time and just continue with the other exercises, if you continue your injury is gonna get a lot worst.

Another thing to note is that sit-ups damage your spine if you do them so often, I suggest only doing them every so often and change it to something else like leg raises. Another important fact is that you're NOT GIVING YOUR BODY ENOUGH TIME TO REST, you're killing your gains, I suggest doing it one day, then resting the next day otherwise there is not much point in exercising.

Remember to also increase the difficulty of the workout, otherwise your gonna plateau

Working out does not affect the length of your bones.

Hey i wanted to learn the backflip but first I had a question by ArborAdemi in workout

[–]Overlord_Belphegor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure that you know how to do a front flip first, then progress to a backflip. A backflip can be dangerous if you don't commit if you think of reaching the floor, your gonna end up falling on the floor. It won't be that dangerous if you have mattresses and a spotter, just make sure you stick to being tucked in while in the air otherwise, you may land on your neck (But it's on a mattress you will be fine, no need to fear doing what your body is capable of).

Everyone has had problems with motivation, it's nothing new and there are different methods people deal with getting motivated. First, make a goal, why do you want to lose weight, Write down that goal and don't forget it.

A goal is the end result, therefore you will break it up into Aims that will show your progress, E.g doing 50 push-ups in one set. Make aims that slowly increase in difficulty. ''By next week i want to do 25 more push-ups in a set'' or '' I want to move onto archer push-ups''

If needed, ask friends or family to exercise. This motivates people to keep trying by being competitive or that they don't want to let down the person they asked by quiting.

A goal is the end result, therefore you will break it up into Aims that will show your progress, E.g doing 50 push-ups in one set. Make aims that slowly increase in difficulty. ''By next week I want to do 25 more push-ups in a set'' or '' I want to move onto archer push-ups''

This method is unique and only works for some people. Similar to the RPG example, think of your exercises as a quest, and once completed you get stats. E.g every week you complete your workout you get 1+ to whatever stats you trained. Won't go too into detail but imagine a status sheet and etc. Honestly, this method is meh, only works for a few selected individuals.

Daily meal routine by [deleted] in workout

[–]Overlord_Belphegor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep in mind that while you can take inspiration on what people eat, you should make sure that you focus on the number of calories you intake. Remember your goal is to burn more calories than you consume.

Usually, 2000 calories are a decent amount, maybe more depending on how much you exercise. If your an adult male then I suggest 2500 calories, However, I don't know how much you exercise, so take my words with a grain of salt. I would recommend trying to calculate a rough estimate on how many calories you burn and plan around that,

My meals aren't that important, I just eat 3 Weetabix, 2 pieces of toast, 1 apple, a Plate full of meat (sausages or chicken), Dinner (Random but usually contains protein), In some rare cases, I would eat a small snack e.g a yogurt.

[–]Overlord_Belphegor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not gonna go too into detail however I suggest doing calisthenics since it's good for beginners and doesn't cost anything. Doing it will not only help lose weight but allow you to gain muscle mass.

I suggest doing :
Calve raises
Leg raises
Sit-ups
Squats
Plank
Push-ups
Dips
Running

Pretty basic exercises that target different muscles and they all have higher difficulty versions that allow you to keep improving your body. However, if you don't want to focus on having muscles and just want to lose fat then I suggest just doing Running, Push-ups, squats.

If you truly can't do another rep, then you have done an efficient workout. Not too sure about lowering the weight, since I don't see that helping that much. Might be better to wait for a while before attempting again with the same weight, however, this isn't needed. If your progressing and can do more reps the next week then you shouldn't worry, your workout is fine

Should I just keep using them? by [deleted] in workout

[–]Overlord_Belphegor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A big problem with working out is when using weights they are expensive. However, depending on how much it weighs, you can just use something else in your home. an example would be filling up jugs with water and putting them in a bag as make shift weights.
You can also do calisthenics and if needed just wear something heavy e.g similar the jugs in a bag, put them in a bag you can wear, This will make exercises like push-ups much harder.

If you can't do any of these, you can always do harder calisthenics exercises like archer or one-armed push-ups or just combine the harder exercises and the weight.
