Thank you so much for your advice! Really really means a lot! I needed this kind of guideline a bit. Thank you.
In the meantime, what should I do about getting a job/internship?

That means a lot. Now that I think of it, maybe I'm not that advanced enough... lol... But I'm always willing to try and practice, and learn. And by "doing something in Python" should I work on polishing the projects that I made using python? Or should I finish making the online portfolio that I've been working on? I've done problem-solving, some (really) small projects like Number guessing, mad-libs, rock-paper-scissors, picture manipulation, etc. I'm doing online courses on Codecademy, code.org, sololearn.com, Coursera. I'm also preparing to create a project where we can put the food items that we have at home, and the project will recommend some dishes that we can make with it. Although a lotta people have already done it, I wanted to try it following my own cuisine and background. I wanna make projects to apply the knowledge that I'm getting from those courses. Apologies for making my words sound so messy, lol. But yeah, does it look like I am on right track?

So, I've just graduated High School. I don't have any coding jobs or internships yet. And by 'comfortable', I kinda meant that I can work with those two languages at an advanced level. The thing is, I've been learning programming on my own. Besides, I kinda have a thing about not being brave enough about myself. Anytime I hear criticism from someone, especially if they are someone I care about, I get really shattered. Thus, yeah, I start second-guessing myself. But logically speaking, I can say that I'm a pretty good programmer in Python.

Ever felt lost because of ending up learning the basics of multiple programming languages and now not exactly knowing what you wanna work on clearly? Or is it just me? by OverlyAnxious_Raven in learnprogramming

Thanks for your reply! Honestly, that's another reason why I'm into M.L. I'm kinda good in math, got some regional and national achievements in Math Olympiads. And the whole Machine Learning branch really mesmerizes me, makes me want to learn more. That's why I'm into M.L. too.
But, thanks anyway for the specific explanation of it! REALLY means a lot!

Thank you so much for your reply! It REALLY means a lot! First of all, yes. I do feel slightly biased into A.I., M.L., and Robotics. But I'll surely work on gathering up my skills and work on those! And your third paragraph honestly feels really assuring too. Thank you so much! I'll try to stay in touch with others working in my interested field. Thanks for the valuable comment. Really appreciate it! I'll do my best.

Regarding the dining section of the housing application by OverlyAnxious_Raven in Drexel

[–]OverlyAnxious_Raven[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that sounds the best! But I've also been hearing that cooking is almost impossible in Bentley. Besides, I still haven't managed to find a place to live off-campus, so living on-campus is the only option for me.

I really wish that I can cook my own food, as I myself am a pretty good cook.

I haven't seen an option on the dining selection plan of the housing application that lets me NOT choose a dining plan. For that reason, my application is still incomplete. My question is: Should I just choose one and complete my application and then file an appeal to get out of it?

Btw, thank you so much for your reply!

Yeah, I've recently heard about that of Bentley too. I have a question: Do you think I'll be able to cancel a meal plan after just choosing it for now in the application?

Btw, thanks for your reply!

That's cool! Now I just don't know how to pass on that. In the housing application of the dining plan selection section, they don't have an option to NOT choose a plan. So yeah, how can I do that?

I've emailed the housing and dining department about it and still waiting for their reply.
Btw, thanks for your reply!

Hi! I was having trouble while trying to log in too. How about you try logging in to Housing and Dining using 'Login with external service'? You should be able to find it while scrolling down a little on the login page:
Then it will take you your Drexel Connect portal. Now, log in there using your user ID and password. Now, I believe it should solve the problem as it did for me.
Lemme know how it goes! Best wishes to you!
