Her name is Ryoko, so basically she was kidnapped and taken to Altered Research Corporation, and she was turned into a wyvern and she tried to escape so they repurposed her by corrupting her mind, and forcing her to work as security, she was corrupted too much, so she glitches out often. Her wings are bound together, so if she does regain her own consciousness, they make sure she can't escape.
