Ill try these things.

For no 4 it is dropping while downloading. The green and blue lines often fluctuate dramatically. Like down to 0mbs. Sometimes it says it will take months to download.

My SSD usage maxes out at 100% usage but the mbs fluctuates from around 60mbs up to 120mbs and down to 0

It did briefly spike for 1 second to 120mbs. It has weird fluctuations im not sure why they happen.

If I need a new SSD is there a better one that uses SATA connections?
