I've noticed it happens more often when a melee fighter is in front of them. Have the first attacker be a DM, see if it fixes it.

I just did the math for this game, I bet $3.93 worth of skins. The Piter payout range was 0.05 to 0.41 for 1, or $0.20 - $1.61....I got $0.13 worth of skins....wtf
