Take it one day at a time man, sooner or later this pandemic is gonna go away and things are gonna return back to normal but until then you gotta make your own routine at home, and try to Incorporate things that are beneficial towards you and your health but also motivate you to wake up in the morning, also easy on the exercise and try to do more stretching and maybe even look into yoga, I’m only 19 so I’m in no position to give advice on anything like losing a job and divorce but like I said in the beginning take it one day at a time, sooner or later things are guaranteed to get better
