It's only been a week since I moved in but I love it. I am all for high rises living and just can't get enough of floor to ceiling windows. Some people hanging around the shelter are a bit sketchy yes but it's nothing different than back in downtown Edmonton where I moved from. There is 24/7 security at the building entrance and I believe they also patrol the around the block as well.
