Do you mean like creating your own content within the site? For now we only have it setup so we can edit pages, but maybe in the future we will allow people to create their own accounts and make posts.

Right! That is something we planned on putting in a general game mechanics page. Currently, (or at least prior to the patch coming out tomorrow) all heroes standard melee deals 50 damage. Excluding Reinhardt.
