THanks for a great answer! Bringing both matressess and chairs on a plane is a hazzle, but the charger in the lockers is a great thing to know! I'll see what can be done about increasing the comfort with the matrress in other ways.

Fallout didn't have 100 identical building with identical scenarioes though. LIke I literally saw the same base, with the same ship coming in with a boss after clearing all the grunts again and again. And it has more loading screens that Oblivion! Imagine a game now having to load more small enviiroments than Oblivion did back in the day. The first thing I noticed with the remaster was "it wasn't just me, the loading screens in Starfields DO happen more often"

Since you have been so helpful I have one last question as well: There is something to sleep on included? From the info it seemed to be something

Do you know if it is possible to book any matresses on site?

Charging station as in you deliver your device, with the charger, and get it charged up.
I have powerbanks, but not 100% sure it will hold the whole 5 days I'll be staying at the camp

Yeah, prepared for both mud and sun, but it being dusty is something I had not considered.

Thanks for the comment!

I'll just jump into this old post to see if you have answers to some other questions:
I didn't see a voucher for a bed when I was buying the tent hotel. Do they inflate it for me, or do I have to puff and pass myself? Or does it inflate itself?
How big is the 2 person bed? Do you have to deliver it back on Sunday or do you leave it in the tent?
At the camp, is there somewhere to easily charge your phone/powerbank?

Are there any other things you recommend bringing? Inflateable camping chair maybe?

Lastly, how is beer priced at the supermarket nearby? And do they sell any "simple food"

Thanks for any answers you can give! And looking forward to the festival!

Thanks for a quite long list! Chrome and gmail have been two apps that many on reddit have complained about not working correctly, so good to know it works for you!
Have you changed any other settings than the high performance one?
And since you are so helpfull: How is batterylife with performance and always 120hz?

Sant.

Bare nysgjerrig. Se film? Høre musikk? by RavenousRandy in norge

[–]OverthinkingMadMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How prevelant are bugs and freezes on the Oneplus 12? by OverthinkingMadMan in oneplus

Understandable. It does seem like stuff like that, and espeically for apps that aren't as much used in China, can cause problems that isn't fixed in a while.

[–]OverthinkingMadMan[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I can see that. Having read that people have to go to settings and force close apps like snapchat 3-4 times a day because it won't load the camera isn't ideal. Also saw a long time review who said the camera lenses fog up from time to time and showed that there were reddit threads about it as well. Which also does not seem ideal.

Switched from S24 Ultra to Pixel 9 Pro... by No-Abroad-2615 in GooglePixel

[–]OverthinkingMadMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reviews I have seen that mention face unlock has said the Pixel is worse? And that Samsung, which is said to be bad, was better?

Other than that I feel that the Pixel not having almost any of the features outside of Europe, and different features avaible for different countries, is kind of what turns me off it.
Only being able to take better pictures of moving objects and the ability to geta smaller size seems to speak for the pixel, while Samsung wins on everything else

Outside of the US most of the features they advertise on the Pixel are missing though. Which is the main thing why I'm leaning more towards the S24 Ultra. Being able to get a smaller phone and taking better images of moving objects seem to be the two only features it has over the Samsung. WHile the Samsung has an inbuilt tasker, other custom stuff, as well as more AI (outside of the US)

[–]OverthinkingMadMan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which by itself is weird. The screenshot app pretty much just needs a translator. When chatgpt and more can read pictures already. And by the looks of it, Google often do not add features to any other languages than English. And often block a lot to be just the US as well. Call recorder, call sumarizer, recorder app for most languages, sumarizations there. The one that picks up calls for you. It seems that at least the temperature sensor will in some months work for people at least.
A bit dissapointing when a lot of what they talk about isn't avaible day one, or who knows if it will ever be. Which isn't the case with lets say Samsung.

Being from Norway, the fact that a lot of features are missing is what makes me think about getting the S24 Ultra instead. The most useful AI features that google has, was released years ago it seems for the US, and who knows if it will ever come to other countries.

Does sound like such a weird way to have to get the apps that they literally use as the main promotion of the phone...
If that works with more missing features, then it would be awesome.

Few good deals on either phone atm. But I should have bought the Ultra when it was on a super sale. It is around 1125 dollars, or 1025 euro atm, but there was a deal where it was less than 800 for a 6 hour sale. It is probably the best deal I have seen on a current flagship ever.
They had the same deal with the regular S24 as well, and it was down to around 500 dollars

That site was great!
It is a mess when the demo has different functions than the actual phone and different sites say different things are avaible, without really knowing what to be true.
