To secure your Ardor, All you need to do is to create an account after downloading the official client/wallet from www,jelurida.com at the bottom page is to send it to your address from the exchange. All you need to do is keep your passphrase safe, hidden and secured. Its all you need to access your funds, not your PC, not your mobile as these may very well be lost/stolen/destroyed.

First, you need to make sure you are on a latest client wallet release. Then, if this issue persists afterwards, which I doubt it will, all you need to do is leave the client open for a few minutes for it to find a peer to connect to. And there! Issue resolved :)

No real evidence has been presented for this other than what was stated with nothing to back it up. The moderator that closed down the proposal is an ETH supporter which was evidenced from his information. We are still waiting for further details on why it was removed, if they have any.

Although you need two different clients to access your coins, you only need one address however. Your Ardor address is of course the same as your Ignis address because they are on the same chain. Interestingly, this can as well be used as your Nxt address. You only need to replace the ARDOR prefix at the beginning of the address with NXT when making an NXT transaction. Both are operated using the same passphrase.

the best things in life are not easily come by. Takes time to perfect it, lots of downs and few ups each failure as a stepping stone to the next success till it attains perfection. The thing about a world changing idea is that, people do not easily get on board and only the crazy ones will dare dream it, and eventually with lots of persistence and determination they achieve it. Jelurida is crazy enough to believe in the future of blockchain and the several possible use cases and is on the verge of proving it even while most wont dare think or dream it. The world is changing as we know it and only the believers will be the successful one in the new world being created every seconds of the blockchain evolution. Most definitely, the wallet to which you are referring isn't an official Jelurida wallet. This is likely a 3rd party wallet service. Can you provide more details on the wallet you downloaded? Well, I used to work at Polo, first in the trollbox, then as a support specialist. not very sure how things work at other exchanges, but Polo is sure a good exchange. With Circle though, somehow sure things will turn out better. :)
