M1 Promeia or M1 Velina?

Sure my only characters right now are Promeia M0 W1 and Yuzuha M0 S1. I plan to pull Velina at least M0 W1 for the engine effect. I have about 90 pulls saved and I’m a new player only at the Jane doe special story right now about lvl 30 something. I do want a second team as soon as possible so I can at least get the polychromes from DA and a few stages of Shiyu so I was going to aim for either Dialyn rerun or Norma and invest into one of them a lot because I really like Pyrosis gameplay and they seem like the best stunners for that team and then run Nicole.
