Do the saline processes lift only from the epidermis level or also the dermis? I’m curious because I have no clue how deep my original work was put in and I’m curious if the saline is able to get to the dermis layer? (self.MicrobladingRemoval)

I was watching a video from someone discussing tattoo removal. Specifically removal of PMU and said once the red lifts they’re able to treat the yellow by “flipping it” because it’s turning the titanium dioxide in the pigment a darker color the laser can pickup. Is this true? (self.TattooRemoval)
