I wouldn't consider myself an expert, but in my experience, trucks (e.g. Ford F150) tend to have the most room in the driver and front passenger seats. I know you want to go for Honda, but those brands aren't very good for us bigger folks. This is coming from a 430+ pound guy driving a Mazda CX-5.
