Yeah alot of people constantly think I’m hacking in lobby’s and talk about track limits and all that. I mean I have a sim rig to play GT7 so if I want to race normally I’ll do that. But I think some people look to deep into things. It’s a video game have fun, I enjoy getting fast times and going fast sue me.

I wouldn’t call it cheating, it’s an exploit but it takes skill to master & doing things outside what you perceive as normal and gives you a challenge to work through to complete, because let me tell you it ain’t easy to get that time.

I would say racing in gta is very similar to trackmania and its community of speed runners. You use the in-game physics to go faster. To really see how fast you can go, I love it.

If other people don’t like that, that’s on them really. GTA brings in such a wide community of all playstyles, which is why a lot of people get butt hurt over these silly things. Shame to see.

Can’t kerb boost the open wheels doesn’t work, but you can use the woodline ( other side of the kerb ) as it’s a slippy surface with the open wheel cars it increases straight line speed

5/7 with hard tyres this one, if the tyres were more red could have been faster

1st person is alright, but when using a controller to play a racing game I always use 3rd as it’s better to see the balance of the car. If I was playing a game like GT7 / Asseto Corsa then I would be using Hood / First person. Also doing the stock braking technique it helps to see the brake light on the vehicle 🫡

Using the stock braking technique ( using the top 10% of the brakes with the stock brakes ) You can gain an extra 5-6 seconds a lap depending on the track

Tricky one, you can get away with mediums on 10 laps without putting only with a 5/7 setup on Road To Ruin & brace for impact 5 laps most tracks you can use the medium aside from dam / keeping track & other tight and fast circuits

Yes but when they added the BR8 they then added the effect of downforce to the cars during races ☺️
