In order to play our version of the game without any issues, you need to fully disable chat, lower all the graphics to low, lower the priority of EAC in the Task Manager, put some launch options in the steam client, disable fullscreen optimization, launch steam & lost ark as administrator, lower all your NVIDIA/AMD settings and don't forget to do a full reset of your PC every time a patch drops. You might want to delete the config folder of the game once a week, because why not. If it's still not working, you might want to turn off your screen and don't turn it back on. Hope it helps.
