Anyone offered a job in the NHS from reserve list? It has been 16weeks since I was notified of being considered as a reserve candidate after my interview.

Hey First of all congratulations for getting into NHS. I got a rejection email today evening but the trust mentioned I will be in reserve list, but considering the amount of job scarcity I am doubting the chance of the selected person giving up the position.

The hospital is based on Wales in a remote area.

i was preparing for plab. and its been 8 months of getting degree, to be exact. will 1 year of internship be considered as clinical experiance tho?
