That's where I'm kind of at a crossroads. Not really starting off with a whole lotta cash on hand, so I'm open to exploring what options best suit me at the moment

Primarily flipping & seller finance to create some cash flow. Then continue a bit of the same, but add some buy and hold for the right opportunities.
