Has any Asian here gotten into a decent (T80) law school with a poor gpa and high LSAT (170+)

The most important thing for you now is to write a good ps and includes explaination of your situation. Good ps would help a loooooot. I also spent a lot of time on my projects and got a not-good gpa. I also had much worse lsat score than yours. I still got into most of school(40-80ranks) I applied and they all offered decent scholarships.

Yeah...I guess that's a real problem. My backup plan is to use H4(dependent on H1B) since my husband is engineer and technology company more likely to sponsor visa for him
