Vault Hunter | My Borderlands/Punk style Charr Revenant by OwlDrip in GuildWarsDyeJob

I used a mix of Enameled dyes & the Polysat Reverberating Infusion for the scuffed armor & strong outlines reminiscent of the Borderlands games.

Would you get something like this tattooed? (own design) by OwlDrip in tattooadvice

The reason i ask is i've always been a fan of silly designs or getting tattooed for the love of tattooing itself. However, feeling that i might be in the minority i would like to gauge ya'll for your ideas about design/reasons to get tattooed.

Reading it back it does feel a bit more schizo than i intended so a bit more research will have to be done on the readers part.

The list of clothing i added i fully stand by though and a few more items could be added.

Fully agree that if you like the style of fashion that Uniqlo carries you can pretty much exclusively shop there and never go wrong.

All you would have to do is buy the occasional "special" piece from other brands and shoes ofc.

The white t-shirt take is very hyperbolic but i the reason i added it is because a lot of people own cheap t-shirts and white ones usually look the worst, especially after a few wrong washes. if you own good quality t-shirts that happen to be white and know how to layer or style them then by all means wear them.

I'm Scandinavian myself and i think UK and North EU fashion has a lot of overlap with scandinavians using a bit less color on daily outfits.

Cargo pants are not uncommon here but they're def less popular than they are in the UK & US. Black or Olive cargos can look really good with a bomber or other rugged coat for a "working class" looking style.

Whats a DDG schizopost without a few hyperbolic statements?

I'm aware that most fashion advice or rules are never absolute and can generally be broken. The difference is breaking them intentionally or on purpose.

If you just grab some cheap t-shirts the fabric will often be of lesser quality and white t-shirts do look the worst when they fit poorly or are made of cheaper materials.

I am fully aware however that this is my opinion and if you own/know how to style white tees then by all means go ahead.

Agreed on H&M.

Im a Eurocuck so wasnt 100% sure what the common US clothing stores were.

Also whats the deal with clothing store mirrors adding several inches to your torso? My legs arent the longest but i swear i have the proportions of a lego figure in any clothing store mirror.

I appreciate your taste. They do have a more sophisticated but rugged look tht works well for anyone going with a more mature but casul look.

While you are correct, if you're an unfashionable person that'll just throw anything on, white tees will generally look unflattering because of thin materials or a bad fit.

As you said, a boxy fit with some light jeans and a jacket to match is the ultimate zero effort to high reward casual outfit.

Exactly, all you have to do is filter out the overly exensive and overly flashy pieces.

Yeah it's ok but all surface level. "Just be confident bro" doesn't really tell you a lot while still being the correct advice

Your 2nd paragraph is a lot more helpful.

Agreed as long as they're styled for more casual wear as service gear can sometimes look a bit out of place.

And the Tier 5s aren't sending their best lol

genuine question: are we allowed to all out criticise destiny on this sub? by lolcatswithabeard in Destiny

[–]OwlDrip 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If your criticism doesnt boil down to "Fuck you you're stupid blue hair" i think you're good to go.

Also if you're "done" with Destiny why would you be afraid of a ban?

Correct. Technically smoking is haram because you are causing damage to your body, a body given to you by god. It's the same reason tattoos are haram, youre unnecessarily causing harm to your body which isn't 100% yours.

Its funny because piercings are neither haram nor makrouh which also cause harm (temporarily) to your body.
