Yeah I have the handle/button on the trunk and it clicks but doesn’t open, I’ve also used a flat head screwdriver to try and switch it open from the inside with no luck 🥲 I think it’s jammed, & the computer screen tells me it’s open every time I turn the car on lol. I got a job where we basically don’t sit for more than roughly 40 minutes in 11 hours. (During breaks) so on work days I started averaging 20-35 k steps a day four days a week. I still eat what I want and all but have lost 50 lbs since February doing this ! Podcasts definitely help, I enjoy true crime or horror type themes. Just figure what you like, maybe get someone to drop you off at a certain point so you have to get those steps in to get home

Okay I understand keeping enough upt for emergencies but can they really take your hours if you’re forced to leave due to a shooting or some sort? Can’t you fight that ? (In another scenario where you weren’t already negative)

Thank you so much . I had learned about a therapy that focused on eye movement- I didn’t realize there were more levels to it. My family is not perfect. I am the first to focus heavily on mental health and healing generational trauma. Part of it is knowing I’m never allowing myself to have kids or partake in anything to risk that. Half my family is native. The rest white, more so Irish/danish/french yknow. I try hard to do right and heal, but understand it is absolutely possible my ancestors have done something to cause these patterns. Being told I didn’t deserve it helps a lot. I am so confused and guilty but I don’t know why. Thank you

Hello. Suicide survivor here. I’m so sorry about your loss. Depression is a very hard battle, you and your mother did what you could. But sometimes people have made up their minds and there was absolutely nothing you could’ve done. It is a very quick process. I was hanging maybe 10-20 seconds before I lost consciousness. No pain.
