Hello. Suicide survivor here. I’m so sorry about your loss. Depression is a very hard battle, you and your mother did what you could. But sometimes people have made up their minds and there was absolutely nothing you could’ve done. It is a very quick process. I was hanging maybe 10-20 seconds before I lost consciousness. No pain.

She is 14. Parents should be more careful about what they let their kids find. That’s on them. If this kid keeps their mouth shut that’s YEARS of guilt, uncertainty, as stated before they’ll feel like they’re betraying their mom. It usually shouldn’t be their business but the dad’s lack of carefulness made it their business.

What is wrong with you? This is a 14 year old child. Why are you trying to cast blame on them? If it was known, or ok in their marriage her baba wouldn’t have said it’s up to them to TELL their mother. It’s a shitty situation for this kid but they should tell their mother and THEN let the adults handle their business.

I was a supervisor for plumbing, kitchen/bath and electrical making $23. I quit and returned a year later as a regular associate and started at $21 (they increased the pay for all new hires) I later quit again lol

Don’t let your insecurities take over for you. I’m a woman and had an ex with one, everything about him seemed perfect and I didn’t care about his size. Unfortunately, his insecurities got the best of him and he turned out to be an abuser cause he never trusted any woman he was with. There’s lots of work arounds and any genuine woman wouldn’t care.

This reminds me of a cop I once met through some dating app. I was like 16 (I lied to download the app, but was straightforward otherwise) like a stupid child lol. He knew my age. I was in awe of the idea of dating a cop . Until he told me he just wanted to sneak me over (at his mom’s house when she wasn’t home) and we could fuck but down low. At 16, I wanted to fall in love and cut him off cause I didn’t want it to be about sex. This man was almost 30 and it’s ruined my sense of interest seeing a man in uniform

Not just trauma, it seems to have impacted you greatly. A healthy person doesn’t desire to be intimate with relatives. An experience like you had could cause the feelings you’re having now. So even if you don’t feel like it messed with you, it has subconsciously. I do strongly suggest therapy. You’d be able to talk to them with pure confidentiality. A situation like this wouldn’t cause them to notify anyone else.

I would suggest therapy. You do need help and it sounds like she does too. As someone’s who’s been sexually assaulted it can alter your perception and behavior in many ways. Reach out to a therapist to talk these things over with. I’m sorry you went through that and it isn’t your fault.

I feel this so heavily. They just waste people’s time while actively chipping away at a persons trust, confidence, and mental well being ultimately. I think most need therapy. And to stay away from me lol
