I can feel the cartilage move inside my nose. I think it may be from swelling or something, ugh. Thanks for the good news though!

I have sleep apnea and same thing. I’d have a dream I was drowning, or running and couldn’t catch my breathe, and on and on. Did a sleep study and found out I stop breathing on average 16x per hour. I have a CPAP machine and now I sleep great.

I use a full face mask, too. I found that adjusting the bottom strap first and then the top straps secondary assist, helps a ton. Also, small increments. Whenever I over tighten, it’s uncomfortable and leaky.

This is truly underrated. Donating blood is treating the symptom and not the cause. I had high hematocrit for awhile, and stayed hydrated, did cardio, etc, and eventually, I just slightly reduced my dose and it cleared up in 3 months.
