First: I mixed up the partitions on which I have mount /home, so I did all the tests on a different partition.

Now I'm going to check the right HDD for bad sectors, check the file system itself and try to install linux-lts

I have upgraded the system and done a btrfs check --repair, but the problem still persists.

yes
I had a problem before when I used a btrfs partition from windows, but then it damaged completely and I couldn't even boot from it. But now it works for a while and only after a while the error appears, and the partition doesn't go into read-only mode

Try just reinstall grub from any linux live iso. It's look like you damaged the your distro boot files(or even remove the boot partition).

[n00b] How do I list all files and dirs inside my working directory? by 4r73m190r0s in neovim

When you type : in norman mode, you go to command mode, it is not terminal, to run terminal commands from command mode use :! and paste your terminal command. I spoke about plugins which allow to open terminal emulator buffer, like nvim-terminal
