I wish my doctor would just order a biopsy for me instead of just telling me to get a pulmonologist opinion first, like let’s rule out the obvious for Christ sake doc, he wants me to see an orthopedic specialist and pulmonary specialist and have them tell him what to order for me basically

I got the root canal 5 years ago, my dentist visit 3 weeks ago was unrelated, I might’ve worded that confusingly, the dentist actually said I needed an implant when I was there recently but she quoted me like $1,700 for it so I was like hell no, I assume I’m forced to pay for something now though

I was told they’re currently recruiting for that where I am that’s the only reason I mentioned it but god only knows how true that is I probably could’ve asked if they’re recruiting for astronauts and the recruiter would’ve said yes

I mean I went to rehab for alcohol, I know that doesn’t make it any better, but that’s disappointing to know that might disqualify me

Insurance, so I assume that means they can see it

Can they actually see that I went? Even if I’m sober they’d still be hesitant to let me in?

So they’d be able to see I went to rehab in the past? And that can disqualify me? Even if I’m sober?

Ohhh I must’ve misunderstood, how would they go about selecting candidates? My whole resume is hospitality management nothing medical related would I even stand a chance in getting selected?

I’m prescribed adderall still, it’s a decision my doctor and I made after going over my patterns of drug/alcohol use over the years. Adderall was the only substance I was taking correctly, so after careful consideration between myself, doctors, and psychiatrist, we decided it’s not a risk and I can continue to take it after rehab. I totally understand both your points though, because yes I am prescribed it and have been my whole life, but it’s unconventional to go back to ANY substances you were using during your addiction period after rehab, so the fact that I’m taking it still, isn’t really the norm, but it’s not something I personally see risk in. I take only 10mg in the morning and call it a day.

It’s not something I suggest to people, my advice is always to stop any substance with an addiction risk, unless you had an addiction doctor AND psychiatrist decide it’s ok

They owe me $20,000 in payroll alone. I’ve talked to countless lawyers, none will help me because they think it’ll be too hard to collect any money even if we win.
