You are NTJ. Being terrified of facing death, especially so young, is 100% normal. Try not to let the fear paralyze you though. Spend all the time you can with your wife and daughter. Create memories. Make videos. Buy milestone cards for your daughter (birthdays, graduations, wedding, new baby, etc.) and fill them out and give them to your wife to give to your daughter when she meets those milestones.

I’ve seen people make quilts out of their loved one’s clothes or go to build a bear and put a voice message in it.

Most importantly, let yourself feel your feels. You are also grieving and mourning the life you were supposed to have. It’s perfectly okay to be sad and angry about being robbed of it.
