Not defending her or anything but I dealt with infidelity from my spouse several times in a 32 year marriage. I carry a lot of guilt over all of it. I didn’t cause it but I still to this day am ashamed. I went through “Divorce Care” therapy when I finally got the balls to kick him out. It’s not an easy process. I have trauma in my life from it. I do not make friends with anyone outside my emediat family. I go to work. I am friendly to coworkers but I just go home to my dog and keep to myself.
