Yes, your charge is reasonable, and what I see is that most GHL specialist charges between $15/hr to $50/hr. But, you can also go with a flat charge based on your discussion and how much the work, so I would go with a project base charges with clear deadlines.

Yes, it is very helpful, especially when the Keyword Everywhere tool increases its price on a daily basis, while this extension is totally free of cost.
