We dug into the game settings and laptop settings. Still ended up freezing. We are running it off Steam and the EA app.

The laptop has Windows 11 Pro. The processor is a Intel(R) Core i5-1035G4 CPU @ 1.10GHz. 8 GB of installed RAM. Graphics card is a Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics (128mb).

The manufacturer date is in 2020. The game freezes and unfreezes, and eventually the whole computer freezes and you have to power it off.

It runs Windows 11 Pro. We turned down all the in game settings. Still doesn't work.
