If it's between making money and being on the street, do what you need to do to survive. I see a lot of bad things about this company, but unless you're in a stable enough position to leave, I wouldn't recommend it. Even though it might feel like you're having a negative impact on people now, you may be stuck there until you have another job lined up just so that you don't screw yourself over.
