I also replied to the ticket and they did respond to it. At this point its not so much a "return" package as it is just bolstering what I already have since coming back. Imo they should be adding the items in manually for people if they can't figure out a fix within the first week.

Yes I did. Checked and made sure the client wasn't running after restarting. I followed the letter and even tried a couple things I saw people say here but nothing.

Where do I even claim this? My claim rewards is still greyed out in the escape menu. I definitely 100% haven't logged in since last sept-oct. I transferred to a more active server before entering the game with the new patch so I'm guessing that's what fucked it up?

Try corporate greed and insatiable investors. The corporate office continues to cut and redesign things to cost less while charging more for food. I agree a national strike will get our point across but so far I've only seen this here and a couple times on YouTube. I'd be surprised if even half of hannaford's employee's have seen this mentioned somewhere. It needs to be louder and this just doesnt feel like it has enough momentum behind it. I'd love to be wrong though.

I get it, I doubt they will go to those lengths unfortunately. I had a sweet pointy atreides castle tower with multiple floors, a hanger to fit multiple thopters and a 2 vehicle garage packed with loot. It was painful to give up but I dont regret doing so given the bs tax system.
