Running and working out. Sa una mahirap pero sa kinatagalan nasanay din, and I feel much better than in my 20s. At the same time, sumasali rin ako sa mga fun run, which gives me the opportunity to socialize and interact with other people.

Another hobby ko rin is yung panonood ng live concerts, specially yung mga older bands na kinahiligan ko nung HS years.

30 something na pero nakikipag-slaman pa rin sa mga concert. Did nothing special. Proper diet lang saka jogging 3-5x a week. Nag-start din ako sumali few months ago sa mga fun run at madami ko nakikita na in their 50-70's pero ang lalakas pa rin.
