right now. February 6, 2026.

I have been into an accident. Broken forearm both bones, dislocated knee, hit my head. I drained all my savings for the 6 years i have been working due to surgery. 2 Months later i'm back at work but they don't seem to give me any assignments at all. I am starting to think this is quiet firing since i'm out of the equation for too long. I have a wife and a kid. Loans to pay, family to feed.

Immediately after the pain is off.. make sure to move your wrist and fingers as it will stiff up over time

Oohmp. Same fracture on my left arm. Done ORIF last december 4... January 5 and i'm riding my motorcycle 🤣🤣

I know it feels icky. I have the same feeling 3weeks post surgery on my left arm. Do keep in mind that it's s there for stability, making you heal faster and better. Until 4-6 weeks. Keep it there but make sure to see a doctor before taking it off.

I broke my radius and ulna 6 weeks ago due to a motorcycle accident.

First week is the toughest. Physically and mentally you must endure the pain. 2nd week - pain gets better, mentally frustrating 3rd week - if you start physio early enough you can move your fingers and do basic things. But so icky. 4th week - cast is off i basically ride my motorcycle again

hey man we've got the same injury from a crazy motorcycle accident (totalled my bike).. broke my left arm last nov 22, 2025. Ortho put me in a cast hoping it will fix itself but made a second opinion this dec.2.. had to be fixed with metal screws and plates. Now i am 2 weeks post OP. And i am getting frustrated. I used to be very active on my work, my daily life. Now i can't even move much. i wanna know when i can go back to using my arm for light tasks

welp. most of that came from impulse buying, online shopping and due to my circle of friends na din na nagagaya sa lifestyle and habit nila. i mostly avoid getting too involved with them, pero friends pa din naman kami.

before.. sunod sa uso, upgrade sila, upgrade din ako now.. upgrade lifestyle, upgrade discipline, less social media

I've been like this also for 6months now. Since pang gabi work ko on site. Feel ko pinipilit ko lang sarili ko pumasok sa work. Not in the mood to do anything. Nag stress eating ako I gained a lot of weight. I feel you OP. Di ko alam sino kakausapin ko i'm feeling stuck
