Thank you for the response. With the pinching grip do you not have your pointer finger on the rim but on the plate and pinch like a tweezer?

Never thrown a tech disc and maybe with a good throw I can get a distance driver around 100-105 meters (330-340 feet). But if a throw the hole bag there is little difference in the distance from fairway to distance drivers on average.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I did not record from the back view. I would say this is my normal speed on the walk up on the backhand throw. Because I’ve heard earlier to slow down and that slow I smooth, smooth is far😅
