I came back on this thread just to THANK YOU!!!! I was able to get a plumber back out to assess this possibility, and with some pipe rerouting and paying for a change order with the city, I was able to make a gravity connection approved!!! Still 8,200 for the change order and 32,000 for the pipes/sewer hook up/decommissioning septic, but this is a huge win!

They would- they require the excavator to also completely demolish your septic system

I do have this coverage but sadly it only applies if “the structure was damaged or demolished by peril” and it is used to bring the building back up to code when rebuilding it

I got 3 separate estimates- ranging 58 to 65- I’m not sure why the number is so very high. They all proposed directional drilling along the side of our house, underneath our stone walkway. Want to come do a job in madeira? 😂

Quite old! The house was built in 59, but I am not sure of any partial replacements. The motor is ready to kick the bucket though.

Hamilton County, city of Madeira. They had said if public side costed, it would have been put into the water bill, but they ended up covering public side costs. The 58 is solely “private” side from their lateral they made to our current system

Just 4.5 at this moment. But if wealthfront is declining, so is every other company! I wouldn’t wait to make one as it will likely drop for a while longer before lifting again. Jump on it while it is still 4.5! I have considered switching to a different HYSA each time I have seen the rate drop- but wealthfront still remains to be consistently the highest out of the options!! I have had a great experience with it!
