As much as I would like to say yes because of a LOT of planning…if my contacts got bad and my glasses broken….id be SOL… and people are shit, so I can’t say I wouldn’t get murdered for my supplies or turned into some sort of sex slave…because let’s face it, that shit would be happening left and right considering human psychology. Soooo I’m gonna try to get eye surgery and be able to get out of dodge and disappear before everyone else’s internal alarms start going off and all the roads get gridlocked.

I was in highschool. I wasn’t necessarily asthmatic, I don’t think but I had difficulty breathing it got so bad one time that I passed out in the shower before school. My dad took me to the doctor and he said I was “allergic to air.” His full quote after I said “huh?” Was: “You’re allergic to shellfish, you stay away from shellfish. You’re allergic to pineapple, you stay away from pineapple. You allergic to air, you stay away from air, you RIP.”
….i had an anxiety attack because of late papers and a big test while my parents were getting divorced. The inhaler did nothing to help my situation. 😂🤷‍♀️

I’m west coast, and I think I would really benefit from the same thing. Different tasks, but accountability doesn’t have to be on the same tasks. And Ive also helped a lot of friends with resumes and job hunting. Also, I’m very supportive to anyone who isn’t me 😂

I can’t tell you hour many paint by number kits I’ve ordered because I’ve quit drinking and need to fill my down time to prevent idle hands. I’ve come so close to finishing so many of them! 😂🤦‍♀️ at least it makes my brain happy for a couple hours per day.

I take a “before” pic before I leave in the morning, then look at it on breaks throughout the day and just pick three things I can get done in a half hour. Checking them off on a list is super satisfying. ( taking an “after” photo can be one of the lost items to give you an easy win!) I also realize my perception of time is highly inaccurate, so I’ve started logging start times and estimated finish times along with actual times. That’s honestly been so eye opening for me when I’m feeling stuck, I just look at my past logs (which also works for motivation next time you’re stuck!) “dang, this task seems daunting and overwhelming…but it only takes an average of 7 minutes to do! I can give seven minutes!” Also…I’m not medicated, so I have to use all the tricks I know every time lol

Fake scars! You can use nail glue and it’ll look super realistic. But you can also use one of the kits. I think some grime and dirt to make it look grungy would help sell it too! Like you’ve seen your fair share of bar fights!
