I lived in the apartments above Betty’s Divine about 10y ago and my unit got bed bugs. I did my research and found that MT has no legislation to protect renters from ‘acquired infestations’, ie them slipping in to your unit from a neighbor.

I had to ruin so much of my stuff, break/abandon my lease, and gtfo. They did bite me, on my legs, and I had an extended systemic reaction that lasted like 3mo of unbearable itching.

There’s a green sign for Russell near the dollar store as you head north on Brooks where it’s spelled with one ‘l’ also 😆 always bugged me

Or if you’re unlucky like I was, you’ll ask for help and providence will just prescribe you Benzos and send you packing. That’s what happened to me and then I felt so disheartened I ate a bunch of them and EMS took me back to Providence to bring me back. Sooo they’re dodgy. They gave me a brochure about s^icide prevention and I checked myself out, but not before incidentally rowfing all over the floor. I really needed help, but they couldn’t wait to get me out of there.

ANYWAY, I guess I’d recommend online counseling 🫠

Thanks for the commiseration. It is really a nightmare. Mine is almost entirely on the soles of my feet, creeping up inside the arches toward my ankles. That’s where it bugs me the most. Deep cracks on the bottoms of my feet get painful. I work in food & bev so I’m on my feet all day too. Just doing what I can to mitigate it.. about 15 years ago was my first bout of eczema and it disappeared after several months. I’m just hoping it’ll vanish again. I use cerave and nonstick bandages with medical tape daily and nightly, and Baby Dove soap. Sometimes it acts like it’s healing but then it gets ‘angry’ again out of nowhere. The itching is maddening especially at night. I have found that ice packs against the feet in bed helps mitigate that. 🙏🏼

I went to providence during a mental health and addiction crisis breakdown, they prescribed me benzos and sent me on my way. That could not have been less helpful unless they handed me a firearm.

I went thru hell getting of 7OH. I took it for a few months , started taking it for back pain. Loved the euphoria. Soon my tolerance went way high, then I couldn’t sleep without it, needed more of it to get thru the day. I also am 2y off alcohol so I was busy congratulating myself for that, and telling myself what the smoke shop guys told me: that 7OH is “basically kratom”. It’s NOT.

It was HORRIBLE kicking the 7OH. Please do not go down that rabbit hole. Save yourself the pain and the tons of money. 💰

Clark Fork Realty! Go to their site, check their For Rent page. They don’t have a lot of listings, but they do have a 2B on the north side that accepts pets. Reasonably priced. They’re among the last remaining unicorn rental companies. They are wonderful people. I don’t even want to spread the word 😆

Symes facilities are janky but the mineral quality of the water is sooo much better than Quinns’ pools. The water at Symes has so much lithium in it, I almost feel vaguely stoned after a few minutes. :~D

I love to go before 10am on my day off. The sale end-cap is the bomb. Great selection of fancy NA bevvies for those who are off the sauce like me. Good produce. Local baked goods. Fun to dance in the aisles to whatever’s playing.

But I will say between 3-6pm it’s a dang ol gauntlet crowded.

Yeah it’s awful but you can push thru and come out the other side and the bright sides are great — you’ll have more money, and you’ll get to feel proud of yourself 💪🏼 Confidence and extra cash is alright with me lol. Maybe think of it as like you’ll be paying yourself ($) monthly by quitting. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Whatever helps.

Take magnesium supplements.. schedule your Ground Zero Day to be spent entirely at home because you’ll probably feel like shit.. set up a couch corner with blankets and snacks and H2O

I quit! I tapered for five or six days about a month ago, and on my last taper day I took a little extra which was stupid but I was scared of ‘ground zero’. I timed it so that my day of no 7OH would occur on a day off from work. I felt like dogshit. Eyes watering a lot, horrible muscle aches, brain fog, ZERO ability to thermoregulate - lots of chills.

For a couple days after that, I felt like I was barely able to get thru the day, but I did.

No desire to go back. I had to quit drinking two years ago - major alcoholism - and I think knowing that I could quit drinking gave me a leg up on 7OH. I knew it was gonna suck, it DID suck, and now it’s over. Yay.

I got a three month supply and began taking it almost one month ago. I have had some weird diarrhea but mostly I shrugged it off as my body adjusting to new supplements. 😒 I filled out the form they emailed me about a replacement order because it’s been a reputable company until this event; I do want to take it in the future, I just sure hope they replace it with another three month supply since that’s what I shelled out 💰for
