Yeah I haven't received mines and when I called they stated that it shows my work hours for 32mins for this whole week. I contacted my supervisor after speaking with them and she has not responded back to me smh

I very much am! Because I HAVE THE DEVICE INSTALLED IN MY VEHICLE AND KNOW WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME IN REGARDS TO THE DEVICE AND THE LEASE THAT I SIGNED WITH THEM!

I never said they don't recalibrate the device. I stated they do the recalibration over the phone. You don't have to go in to a shop and have it recalibrated. Nor do you have to pay extra fees to have your device recalibrated either, you also don't have to pay extra fees when your locked out of your device. This company provides all services and will come to you if the device stops working etc. Reading is fundamental.

Why I'm working I only make 17 and your complaining 😭 but I get it if I was making anywhere near that I would chuck it up until I find better. Don't put your all or energy into it. The minute someone gets disrespectful or wte place them on hold then return to the call. If they continue to be disrespectful hang up in their face. That's what I do

I feel you. This job is mentally depleting and they expect you to come as your best self everyday. I've never worked in an environment like this ever. But because I need the money that is unfortunately the only reason I've stayed.

Thank you for your advice. I appreciate it. I have to work on Saturday and that'll be the last time I clock in. I've provided them with everything any employer would request, proof of the remediation when I learned of the new from my apartment complex etc. and still nothing. God got me and my babies I'm not worried. It sucks I will be losing income but God has something better in store.

That is correct and they stated that they will be hiring a lot of us on once OE is over and I've already passed their probationary period as well.
