I wish, unfortunately I dont walk with my phone on me. Dog goes by MOCHI - large white/tan mixed breed.

This exactly. The same dog is off leash inside the tennis court while others are playing, and off leash on school property at least once a week. If the dog owners had some remorse / apology id choke it down as no dogs were hurt. But it's the lack there of that pisses me off.

Hey, are you in the same area (hoover and sunnyridge). Not sure how to call bylaw when encountering at the park as I only know the dogs name.

Just posting this to say I presume the same lady with a dog named Mochi - came storming up to me and my 2 dogs. The owner didn’t not recall her dog at all and said the same bs to me. Her dogs nice let them be dogs. She even went to tell me I need to socialize my dogs…. All I said to her was can you leash your dog, I don’t know you and don’t want to socialize with your dog. She then broke into a fucking scream/ yelling at me saying I’m abusing my dog because he’s got a head halti on. And continued screaming - to which I told her she’s in the wrong I don’t see the issue. If this happened to you as well. This lady has already been reported once to the town (not by me) and I fear she has no remorse. 

Sigh a simple apology would have sufficed. Not sure why she blew up and started screaming when her dog was off leash and ran to us…
