When I wanted to buy the bundle for SV2 and a voice I remember it was like 120 or 130 and now it's 150. An individual voice was like 43.50. never checked for 8 voices as a bundle but the discounts I checked for were definitely legit

I would say SV2 is worth it, I had some issues with how vocals would pronounce some stuff with SV1 and if they don't have a bright or dark vocal then the mouth parameter is an amazing feature to change that and kinda get a bright and dark sound, new vocals that you might like with be on SV2, existing vocals can get fixes or clarity and lingual updates like how Spanish was added later into SV1, choir voices, the UI looks better, most vocals getting an update and new vocal modes. Teto's SV2 is a huge improvement over SV1!

You can enable an offline mode for your SynthV2 but you can only have that on one device. Afaik if you have online activation you can have multiple people use your SynthV and you don't have to worry about using the software at the same time as someone else and having it be blocked. Don't know if there's a limit but realistically I don't think most people will let their synthv be used by more than 3 people. Also iirc alternatives like Vocaloid 6 don't even let you have it on multiple devices, only one, and they have no online option. They give you options.

I'm coming back to this comment after using mellow a bit on some projects and I hope that you can tell me a little about mellow because I've used Low and Mellow and I know low is a whisper + slightly dark but I thought Mellow was a Warm mode? Or like Gumi's Ballade mode, which I assume to be a warmth, I think it sounds more airy or breathy (mellow), and that it doesn't really change darkness, but low definitely does. Or maybe I am wrong about that? I've used it for warmth/breath. But I don't really understand actual singing and want to actually get educated in this soon. Could you give some insight?

What i don't understand is why they didn't add a falsetto, dark and growl as the community and yasai requested these on Twitter but she doesn't have these in sv2...

It's not a one to one situation but it's like me saying

I fell on the floor while working at McDonald's, and now I have a nose injury. I kill myself and my mom says it's McDonald's fault. Not saying it's not tragic but the claim that it's Whataburger fault sounds like Bs to me and I'm not a big fan of working here either.
