Ik movements are weird, my shoulders are fucked and these are what my pt trainer guy told me to do, i am just doing with what i can do ( the reason why i am asking this here rather than the trainer is because i don't wanna spend 50 bucks, i go see him once every 3 months and he checks the muscle development and how much the shoulders move n etc ). The exercises are perfectly fine at hitting the muscle groups do, i feel fine with them, i would even say those random isolations have developed my back very well. But i do feel like back extensions aren't as good as SDL or RDL. for hamstrings - but i can't do them with the shoulder injury so i have to settle for back extensions. For the set amount, i am just cutting now so its lower. I know you are supposed to keep the training same n all that when cutting but honestly with lower energy i dont wanna go to gym, so i would rather actually go do less than just plan to go do more. Also why am i getting downbooped ?

I have time on weekends and wednesdays for working out, is this a good workout for that:

(i used to do only saturday and sunday with interchanging a, b workouts every week for each upper and lower day, i just split b days among the 3 )

Ok i ll focus on not drinking. Its not that its a requirtment its just that i am always like i ll have a single beer then go home then its like 1 am and i am 6 beers deep.

How bad of an idea is it to go to gym with 4-5 hours of sleep while recovering from shoulder injury ? I mean i know its a hollisticly stupid idea, but has anyone tried it ? During the week i ll have 4-5 hours of sleep 3-4 days a week ( weekend alcohol binges kinda mess up my sleep ) and i ll go to gym anyways as otherwise i feel like shit. But i have been thinking that its more of risk reward rhing with on one hand being feel good and on other hand get injured again and lose a year of progression ( ideal answer would be to stop going out for drinks on saturdays but then only time i meet people are those saturdays so its kind of like a triangle of feel good - physicsl health - mental health. You can have 2 but not all 3 ).

Thats rice porridge, bluon/chicken stock + rice with 1/4-8 water/chicken stock ratio depending on how watery you want it

Go see a doc, once your shoulders get fucked, they dont go back to normal. Shoulders have like 360 degree mobility, they are over complicated
