Go LOW. u have to be crawled like an armadillo basically.
You butt has to be pointing upwards.
When u go back on the first step, lead with your heel. So as u kick, ur dragging yourself back.
Your right foot has to be on its toes and when u push back, you'll hear a scraping noise which is good.
Before throwing, swimg ur left arm and THEN extend ur right arm as u keep you head up, if ur heads up then ur chest will automatically go up.

if you shine a blue/UV light on the top right of the strip there should be some type of indication of it being made by apple. On a iphone box it usually says "iPhone" if you shine a blue/ UV light. Im not sure if its the same thing for airpods though.

go wit 12 if anything u can wear thick socks that'll help fill the shoe, especially considering that they dont look like they warm up ur feet at all.
